It is a large-scale real estate listing platform model aimed at real estate sales. It is a direct sales channel that includes all real estate portfolios within Atalia Estate, as well as portfolios of many real estate consultants and developers. It is the platform with the most extensive portfolio listings of Atalia Estate.

Atalia Estate Portföy

It is a special model developed for sellers and real estate consultants. With this model, Atalia Estate shares its portfolios with real estate consultants in an open portfolio format. Real estate consultants market and promote these portfolios to facilitate their sale. These portfolios are viewed and processed by hundreds of real estate agents across Antalya. It serves as a fast and systematic sales channel for those who want to sell their properties. Comprehensive market research is conducted, pricing policies are determined, and detailed presentation files are prepared for properties acquired by Atalia Estate Portfolio. Once the preparation phase is completed, the portfolios are uploaded to both Atalia Estate sales platforms and our system, which is used by 1,000-1,500 real estate consultants across Antalya. Thus, instead of being offered for sale through a single real estate channel, the properties are marketed by hundreds of real estate agents, facilitating a quick sale.
